Hi, I have a residence permit for foreigners that has been valid from last October until this August. I left the school last month but am still in China in negotiations with another school. Now that I have the papers cancelling my job from the last school, I want to go to Hong Kong and cancel the entry permit at an agents there. Would I be able to do that and return on a tourist visa next week to pick up some more of my personal effects?
