Is it mandatory for my employer to cancel my Z Visa after cancelling the work permit?
My company is about to shut down for good, they'll have to cancel my work permit. But I still have a one year duration on my Z Visa. Is the Visa going to be cancelled as well? Or can I stay in China and look for another job in the meantime?
