About:China Tourist Visa

Can i get an L visa from my girlfriend

She can be the individual that can invite me, get the income statements and also provide a place to stay ?
is that possible?
and is it possible to get L while iam in China? cause i have Visa free up to 30 days? thanks

If you are a Serbian citizen then you do not need a visa as long as your stay in China is under 30 days.
