PAR UNSUCCESSFUL. Hi, my PAR got unsuccessful 7 times.

it was successful for my mother and daughter. We applied for sponsor visa in HK embassy. but have not received any response till now, except that letter. our function is on 31/03/2018. still my file is under process. pls help what to do. I have sent escalation mails also, but of no use.
