About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Pre Arrival Registration Unsuccessful

Hi

I was planning my trip to Hong Kong with my family in June 2019, everything is finalised flight, hotel, now at the time of pre arrival registration its coming unsuccessful, my passport is of Chandigarh.

Please suggest what to do in this case ?

Hi, you shall apply to the HKSAR Immigration Department directly for an entry visa.

Had tried calling Hkg Immigration Dept. they asked to call another no. And then no response.

My question is still the same, why pre arrival registration is unsuccessful, things should be simplified, rather its becoming complicated.

HKG govt. not doing anything, very disappointed.
