Visa processing time. I'm an Indian and my PAR was unsuccessful.

Hi,

I have 2 weeks/10 working days before my trip. If I expedite my documents to the HK embassy though a sponsor, will I be able to receive the visa before my trip?
How long does it take for the visa to process and be approved?
