About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi-144 hour free transit visa

We are travelling from London to Shanghai, staying 5 days and then Shanghai to hongkong.
I know the 144 hours free transit visa is covered by this but would I be allowed to travel to Beijing and back within the 5 days I am in Shanghai??

Hi, if you apply for the Shanghai 144 hr free transit, you are not allowed to travel to Beijing and back within the 5 days in Shanghai.
