About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HK to Shanghai to Seoul to Beijing to Minsk

Hi, so could I come from Hong Kong, stay in Shanghai for 144 hours, then fly to Seoul and stay there for a few days, then fly to beijing and stay for 144 hours, then fly to Minsk Belarus? Or would I need a visa?
