Canadian transferring through Xiamen en route to Phnom Then

Im wondering please what the transfer procedures are in XM? Im a Candian citizen flying on XM Airlines from Vancouver to Phnom Phen. I change planes in the city. My flight arrives at T3 and my connecting XM Airlines flight leaves from the same terminal. Will my luggage be checked all the way through? Do I have to go through immigration and re-check in?
