About:Forbidden City

visit the Forbidden City on April 27, 2018. May I buy ticket on site?

I cannot do purchase online. May I and my parent to purchase ticket on site of palace. How I get ticket except online purchasing? Pls advise. Thank you.

Yes, you can, but I heard you need to scan the QR code to buy it on site. Oh, remember to get there earlier in case the tickets are sold out.
