What do you mean? The 72/144-hour TWOV is not a visa and you cannot get it in your own country.

If you want to play it safe, then you should get a 10-year tourist visa which is available to Argentines since 2017.

Get the 10 year visa if you can, then you have no worries. No playing the third country game and you are free to travel throughout china, take trains from one side to the other, visit cities that dont allow TWOV etc.
