Just for assurances, my trip will qualify for Shanghai 144 hours visa free correct ??

So here is the detail of my trip. These are all direct flight trips book via one itinerary with United Airlines. However it is a codeshare that will use 2 different airlines. LA to Shanghai is with United Airlines, and Shanghai to Tokyo and Tokyo to LA will be via ANA
