Is the pink stub an assurance that I'll be granted with visa?
hi,, i applied for a L type one to visit my fiancee, upon interviewed in the chinese embassy here in the Phil... the consulate gave me the pink stub to be claim within four days...then that 's the time i need to pay processing fee. is it an assurance that I'll be granted with one?..
