About:Li River

is the Li River navigable at the end of March 2018?

Since I read that the river can run too low in the dry season for ships to navigate it, I wonder if there is any update about the current situation.

It is during the dry season indeed, but the cruises are still available. The only difference is that the cruise doesn't navigate for the whole trip, so you may miss some scenic spots.
