From U.S.A. to Shanghai for 4 days

Hello, I will be traveling on vacation from U.S.A. to Shanghai, arriving May 16, 2018 and leaving SH May 20, 2018 a total of 4 days in SH. Leaving SH to Bangkok staying 4 days in Bangkok, 2 days in Chiang Mai, 3 days in Phuket and 5 days in Hong Kong. Back to the U.S.A. on May 31, 2018.

Will the 144 hour Visa work for me?
