please tell me these things about canceling the past company visa

I want to know how to cancel the past company  visa in China and  getting new company china entry permit, so what can I do , is  the new company person can know past company what i did job while apply to that new one for company  in China .

As far as I know, usually, your former employer would cancel your work permit when you quit the job. Then, you could apply for a new work Z type for China, and the required documents and application form are the same as the previous application for Chinese working visa.
