voa for indonesian passport holders

Hi thereI'm going to HK for travel and like to have few days in Shenzhen. Can we get the VOA if we go to SZ through Luo hu. Thanks

If you were issued a Chinese visa before, it is fine to get a VOA at the border. If it is the first time to time without a visa, I am afraid you cannot get the VOA.
