I wonder how to calculate 144 hours for 144 hours transit free? Just want to make sure.

The time starts from the day after arrival. For example, if you arrived in Shanghai on March 17th, the duration of stay starts from 12:00 a.m. on March 18th to 11:59 p.m. on March 23rd.
