It's quite simple:Zurich - Bangkok - Shanghai - Zurich is OK as long as your flights are non-stop.Zurich - Shanghai - Bangkok - Zurich is also OK if your flights are non-stop.Zurich - Bangkok - Shanghai - Bangkok - Zurich would not be OK.Always assuming your passport qualifies.
