About:Qingdao Liuting International Airport

Is qingdao airport open 24 hours 7 days per week or is there a closing time?

I heard that even thought this airport is a stop over, you still have to pick up all of your luggage, is this true?

The airport is open for 24h/7d. If you have an international transit and have had the luggage check-through service at the departing place, there is need to reclaim and recheck in the luggage.
