About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

Hi my mother is coming from nepal to california in tourist visa.

She is coming from china in Guangzhou(5 hours transit) and wuhan(2 hours). Does she need the visa in china too?

No. She doesn't need to apply for it because she can enjoy 24 hr direct transit in mainland China.
