simatai great wall 1 day tour. is it Gubei Water Town package 1?

Kind of. They are close to each other, but the Gubei Water Town Package 1 doesn't include the entrance fee of Simatai. It covers the round-trip bus fare, entrance fee of the water town and insurance fee.1
