About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

stopover in 2 China cities

I take Xiamen Airlines from Vietnam to US with 2 stopovers of 23hrs in Xiamen and 8 hrs in Quingdao. Am I eligible for 24 hours TWOV? If yes, can I apply for this twice in both cities?

You will be in China for more than 24 hours so you're not eligible for 24 hours TWOV. You need a visa in advance.
