About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Ticket for 144 hours transit visa free

Hi there,

I’m confused about onward ticket with confirmed date and seat. Does confirmed seat mean that you must have particular seat number on the board or just as long as you have confirmed ticket to make sure you have seat on board, not just ticket booking?

Many thanks for your help!

You need a confirmed onward ticket, but you don't need a seat assignment.

It just means you are not flying standby, for instance like an airline employee flying for free. Ticket number is all you need, some airlines do not offer seat assignment in advance and that does not stop you from being eligible. They want to be sure you intend to leave the country when you say you will.
