144 days permit fór shanghai without visa

Hi,I am european unit Citizen And i am Now in Peking. My entry permit Is Vališ ntil 14.3.2018. Can I use  144 days permit without visa in Shanghai ? And Where can i get  such confirmation ?Thajsko a lot fór your reply,Z. Hrubá

You cannot go to regions outside Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Going to Shanghai will cause you to be banned from the country for 5 years and possible jail time.
