About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm flying from the United States to Thailand with a stopover at PEK with Air China.

Which route will apply for my three hour layover in order to successfully clear customs/security in relation to the above article?

Here is the route: go to the transit counter in T3 E International Arriving Hall – go to the 3rd floor of T3E for quarantine - take the elevator done to the 2nd floor and waiting for boarding.
