32 HOUR LAYOVER

Hello there!
I am a filipino travelling from Honolulu to Cebu with a layover at Pudong Shanghai Airport for 32 hours. We’re planning to sleep at a hotel. Are we eligible for the 24 hour free transit? We can go back to the airport 7 hours before the flight as long as we can get a good sleep rather than staying at the airport for 32 hours. Thank you.

Of course you are not eligible for 24 hour visa-free transit, because 32 hours is more than 24 hours. You either need a visa or you need to change your flights.
