what kind of Visa do I need?

fly from milan to-Beijing, stay for 1-2 days, then fly from beijing to Pyongyang( North Korea)stay for 5-6 days then come back to Beijing by train and then fly from Beijing to Milan. Thank you

You can apply for a transit visa for your return trip to Milan. And the route of Milan - Beijing - Pyongyang qualifies for 72 hours visa free transit which allows you to stay in Beijing for 1-2 days without visa.
