About:China Transit Visa

I am taveling to bejing from Dallas,Tx and i will be staying 8 days in bejing

Do I need a visa ? if so what kind and where can I get one?

Hi, you need to apply for a tourist L type for that, and you can submit the application to Chinese embassy or consulate to apply for it.
