About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Third country being final destination or airport of destination?

Does round trip ticket: Frankfurt (Germany) via Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Shanghai and Shanghai via Paris (France) to Frankfurt (Germany) qualify for a Transit visa?
