About:Chinese Consulates in South Africa

Visitors Visa. My husband and I will disembark in Beijing 9 am and depart following day midnight.

Please advise type of visa we need and if I can do application for my husband as well. Are we able to make an appointment online and please provide address in Cape Town - I've been told you can go to office in Long Street?

You can apply for tourist L type for that, and you can do application for your husband. You don't have to make appointment for that. Address of the China embassy in South Africa: 965 Church Street, Arcadia 0083, Pretoria, South Africa

Appreciate your prompt response, however note I'm in Cape Town, you advised no appointment is necessary so please advise if you have to go to office and provide necessary documentation with application, it will suffice?
