Question

My itinerary is as follows, can you please advise if I should use a 144 hour free transit in Beijing and then when I land in Shanghai apply for a 72 hour free transit? Just trying to find the right combo so I wont have any issues.Land in Beijing Apr 3Depart Beijing for Shanghai April 6th Fly back to Beijing April 8thDepart for USA April 9th

You need a tourist visa prior to arrival. People using visa-free transit are not allowed to leave Beijing and its surrounding regions.
