is exit re entry visa and approved vacation leave arerequirement for applying tourist visa in China?

I’m a Filipino and currently working here in Riyadh and would like to have a one week vacation in Shanghai next month. I would like to ask if it is required to submit an Exit re-entry visa and approved Vacation leave? Thank you
