Pudong from US then to Japan

I will be entering Pudong Airport (March 23, 6:45 pm) and am going to Disneyland Shanghai for 2 days. Departing Pudong (March 26, 12:05 pm) to Osaka, Japan within the 72 hours. Do I qualify for the 72 hr free transit?
