We are hoping to visit Beijing in the fall. Our possible flight itinerary would include Den -> Tokyo (3 Hour layover) -> Beijing (Spend 4 days) -> Detroit -> Den
Will this allow for the 144 Hour Exemption even though we will not have a Japan entry permit?
