U can follow this route:Beijing - Changsha - Zhangjiajie - Fenghuang - Changsha - Hong Kong. You can see I list Changsha for twice, because you need to go back there and fly to Hong Kong.Changsha has trains and buses to Zhangjiajie. And there are buses at Zhangjiajie Bus Stations to Fenghuang.
