About:China Visa

China Transit Visa needed?

I am Iranian and holding Canadian travel document and Canadian permanent residency card. I am traveling to japan through shanghai with 16hrs layover in china. I have japan visa in my travel document just wondering if i need china transit G.

Yes, you need to apply for China transit G type for the trip.

No. You should apply for it from the China embassy before your trip.
