144 hour visa free transit in shanghaibeijing

I will take the first cruise from Tokyo to Shanghai. On the way, the cruise will stop in some ports of China, such as, Hongkong, Xiamen.I will take the second cruise, on the same ship, from Shanghai to Tokyo, but his time the ship will stop in Tianjin (Beijing) for 3 days, and in Dilian before going to Tokyo.Can I get a 144 hour visa free transit to Shanghai?And then, when i arrive Beijing, can I arrive Beijing, can I get another 144 hour visa free transit to Beijing? I am sorry that you cannot apply the 144 hours visa free transit which requires the departing place  and destination to be international areas/countries, but Tianjin and Dalian are domestic ones.
