I come from Toronto, Canada. I will fly from Tokyo and take the cruise from Tokyo to Shanghai. Our ship will dock in Shanghai for 3 days. From Shanghai I will fly to Toronto, Canada. Can I get the 144 hour visa free transit to Shanghai?
