About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a Dutch but would travel CGJ-Bei-HK-CGK.

i plan to travel FROM Jakarta to Beijing and then HK. Being a Dutch national, i should quality for 144 hour transit free visa. Is HK a third country in this matter?

That's OK if your CGK-PEK flight is nonstop. HK is always considered as a third country for immigration and customs purposes.
