About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Can I legally work in china with just a spousal reunion permanent card ?

For example, teach English and physical fitness or own a business ?

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot work in mainland China legally without a valid Chinese work Z type. You should change your Q type to work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB beforehand.
