144 Hours free visa: ZHR-SIN-HKG-PVG-TPE-PEK-NRT-ZHR

I’m a swiss citizen and my trip is ZHR-SIN-HKG-PVG-TPE-PEK-NRT-ZHR with 4 days on Singapore, 4 days in Hong Kong, 3 days in Shanghai, 2 days in Taipei, 4 days in Beijing, 7 days in Japan and then back to Zurich. Am I eligible for a 144h-free visa entry in Shanghai and after in Beijing? Thank you for your answer.
