is it adviseable to buy easy card than paying fare per trip?

we are travelling to Taiwan on Feb22 to 25. Day 1 and day 2, we hire a tour package. we will use the card only on the last day and at night for the first two days. Will it be more practical to buy easy card? Thanks for your help
