Disabled Require and have asked the airlines both Air Canada AC25  and Air India AI349 for wheelchair/ electric buggy transfer what should i expect in terms of Checked in baggage , carry on walker appliancewhat time frame will the disembarking and clearing customs and rechecking and getting boarding pass requirewill i have access to the business class lounge in proximity to the air india departure gateWho will help me at the airport will it be Air Canada staff that are my principle carrier or will it be Air India staff that is an alliance partner or will it be PGV assigned staff .will i have to pay for the help i recieve?
