About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Would I be qualified for 144 hour free transit ?

Hello,
I am an Australian citizen flying Sydney-Singapore where i join a cruise ship that ends in Tianjin (ceuise goes Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, South Korea, Tianjin) i am intending to stay one night in Tianjin before flying back home to Sydney.
Does this qualify for the 144hr free transit? Is there a counter at Tianjin port where this visa is issued upon arrival?

Katherine, yes, it qualifies for the free transit. You can apply for the free transit at the immigration office at Tianjin port.
