Question

They love to hike and aren't afraid of heights.  I, however, am a lily-livered freak, but I still want to take the cable car up and see cool stuff.What would be the best way for us all to go up the mountain then meet up later after they do the scary bits?PS I don't mind sitting and reading a book or something for a few hours if necessary.Also, would it be best if we stayed at a hotel on the mountain?Thanks!

Well, you can take the cable car up to West Peak and down from North Peak. Your husband and son can set out earlier to climb the whole route. As for hotels, I think it’s better to stay one on the mountain if you would like to enjoy the sunrise. Have a nice trip!
