About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flight with 2 layovers in China

Am I eligible for the 72- hour free transit if the first stop will be hangzhou ( 16 hour) and Xiamen (21 hour)? Then it will go onto Tokyo.

You are not eligible. Two stops immediately limits you to 24 hours if you don't have a visa.
