About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HEL-AMS-CAN-SYD

Hi.

I am going to have transits in Amsterdam (AMS) and Guangzhou (CAN). I would be staying in CAN approx. 19 hours on my way back from Australia to Finland. How does it work if I would like to explore the city?

You can use the 24 hour direct transit in Guangzhou. After arrival, you just need to apply for a free temporary stay permit and then you can go to the city for a visit.
