About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

VNO-HEL-PVG -> PVG->IST->VNO ??

Hi, is it acceptible for 144 hour Visa in China Shanghai my flight:
VNO-HEL-PVG and after 72 hours PVG->IST->VNO?

If you have mentioned all your stops within the itinerary, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. You should just use correct terminology because this is not 144 hour visa, but 144 hour visa free transit and there is no visa of any kind. Also, you have to have all your tickets booked when you start your journey.
