Hello! Is it possible to apply for business F Visa while in China?

I'm currently in China now, but I only have 30 days to stay. I wanted to apply for F type (Multiple) so I can stay longer. Is it possible to get an F type while i'm here? Or do I need to go back to my country and apply for it? Thanks!
